Terms of Service

• Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, username, and password (securely hashed).
• Hardware & Usage Data: For Hosts, we collect system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM) to accurately list your rig. For Players, we log session durations, rig choices, and IP addresses to prevent fraud and ensure stable connections.
• Payment Information: We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not directly store your credit card numbers on our servers.

• To facilitate the P2P connection between Hosts and Players.
• To manage your Gaming Credits balance and process payouts for Hosts.
• To monitor for TOS violations (e.g., detecting crypto-mining software or suspicious network activity).
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot connection issues.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We share necessary data only with trusted service providers required to run the Platform (e.g., cloud databases like Supabase, payment gateways, and email service providers).
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@ministryofgaming.cz.
