Terms of Service

Last Updated: 19.03.2026
1. Introduction

Welcome to Ministry of Gaming ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.Ministry of Gaming operates as a peer-to-peer (P2P) mediator, connecting users who rent out their personal gaming hardware ("Hosts") with users who wish to rent computing power for cloud gaming ("Players").

2. User Accounts and Roles
  • Players: Users who purchase "Gaming Credits" to rent hardware for cloud gaming purposes.
  • Purchasing & Refunds: Players can purchase Gaming Credits using real money. Gaming Credits are non-transferable outside the Platform, have no cash value, and are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly required by law or in the case of a proven technical failure on our end.
  • Dynamic Pricing: The cost to rent a rig (measured in Gaming Credits per hour/minute) is highly dynamic. Rates fluctuate in real-time based on rig availability, hardware specifications, time of day, and overall demand. The exact rate will always be displayed to the Player before initiating a gaming session.
3. Gaming Credits and Dynamic Pricing
  • Virtual Currency: Transactions on the Platform are conducted using our proprietary virtual currency called "Gaming Credits".
  • Hosts: Users who list their hardware (rigs) on the Platform to be rented by Players in exchange for compensation as defined by the Platform.
  • A single user may operate as both a Host and a Player. All users must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
4. Rules and Restrictions for Players

Players rent computing power strictly for gaming. By using a Host's rig, you strictly agree NOT to:

  • Engage in any form of cryptocurrency mining.
  • Download, install, or distribute illegal software, pirated content (warez), malware, or viruses.
  • Conduct cyber-attacks (e.g., DDoS), send spam, or attempt network hacking.
  • Attempt to bypass the Platform’s virtualization/security software or access the Host's personal files.
  • Penalty: Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban, forfeiture of all remaining Gaming Credits, and potential legal action for damages.
5. Rules and Responsibilities for Hosts
  • Hosts provide their hardware "as is". Hosts are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and ensuring their hardware is functional while listed as "available" on the Platform.
  • Assumption of Risk: While Ministry of Gaming utilizes security measures to isolate gaming environments, sharing hardware over the internet carries inherent risks. The Platform is not liable for hardware degradation, regular wear and tear, or data loss. Hosts are expected to maintain basic security practices on their local machines.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Ministry of Gaming acts only as a technological mediator.
  • In the event of a severe technical failure caused by a Host's rig crashing mid-session, Players may contact support to request a partial refund of Gaming Credits for that specific session.

We are not responsible for:

  • Internet connection issues on either the Player's or Host's side (e.g., lag, latency, stream drops).
  • Game compatibility issues with specific Host hardware.
  • Temporary Platform downtime due to maintenance, server provider outages (e.g., Supabase/Webflow), or force majeure.
